  4. As you exhale, bring your chin or forehead to the ground.

Dandasana( Staff pose)


  1. Start by sitting down, and extending your legs.
  2. Bringing your heels together & keep your back straight.
  3. Now gaze straight ahead, support your spine with your palms on your hips, and relax your shoulders.
  4. Make sure to engage the muscles in your pelvis, thighs, and calves.
  5. Stay in this position as per the body requirement. 



  1. This is a very simple pose as you just have to lay down in it. 
  2. Lay on your back and just relax.
  3. Practice deep breathing.
  4. Do it for 5-6 minutes.
